Q16: How do I setup my Email Stationery?
Q1: What email clients (programs) work with your services?
A: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook 2007, Microsoft Outlook Express, Windows Mail and Eudora for the Mac. Free services such as Hotmail can view email stationery however they can not send them.
Q2: Who will be able to see my email services?
A: All receivers will be able to view your email message however when recipients have image viewing turned off (about 6%) your images will not show, however your actual text will still be visible. You must respect that some recipients do not wish to have images sent in emails.
Q3: Do you provide support for your services?
A: Yes. After purchasing your service, we provide free 24 Hour Email Support, however most topics can be found in our ‘Help, Support and FAQ’ Section found in the ‘Contact’ tab in the menu.
Q4: Can my email template or stationary have live links back to my website?
A: Yes. If requested at no extra charge, we will include live links back to your website underneath or within your graphics. Please view the following samples below which demonstrate some of the variations of menu’s inside email. The links work on this page just like they will in your email stationery – try them out.

Q5: Will my emails be blocked by Spam or Junk-Mail filters?
A: No. We use pure HTML programming, with no scripts. We serve the graphics rather than embed the graphics straight into the email which allows all emails to pass through Spam and Junk-Mail filters problem-free - just as any other standard text email usually would.
Q6: Do you use a program to automatically generate your email stationery?
A: No. Every design we produce at JackCass Email Design is produced by an experienced professional graphic designer.
Q7: Will everyone that I send email to see my email correctly?
A: Yes. Nearly all recipients of your emails will be able to see your email and email stationery exactly as it looked when you sent it. There is a 100% guarantee that your typed communication will always go through just as you sent it however a small minority of users wish to turn off image viewing in their email clients and you must respect their choice. Even if they do have image viewing turned off they still will get the prompt to ask them if they would like to view images which can be seen in the images below.
Q8: Will it take longer to send or receive my email messages?
A: No. We do not embed the graphics into the email which means a smaller file size for both you and the receiver and it also ensures that the email passes through spam filters. The size of the email we compose will add about 3kb onto your regular email which is negligible.
Q9: Can I update my details if my contact details change?
A: Yes. However, after 3 months from your original purchase we will charge a fee of A$30 to change your details. In most cases, you will not have to change anything from your end.
Q10: Do I have to use my email stationery for every email I send or reply to?
A: You have a choice to use your email stationery. By default, it will always show each time you compose a new message however you can delete it by placing your mouse cursor to the right of it and pressing the delete or backspace key. By doing that you will remove the stationery from that one message however if you wish to remove it from all future messages you can easily turn it off in your setup and easily turn it back on again later as indicated in the instructions sent to you after the project is completed.
Q11: Can you add a disclaimer or confidentiality statement to the bottom of my email?
A: Yes. This is free of charge. For more information on email disclaimers please read any of our product pages.
Q12: What does my stationery appear like to someone who has image blocking turned on?
A: There is a small minority of people who choose not to have images displayed in their email programs and you must respect their choice. Please view the samples below of what your email will look like if someone has image blocking turned on.

Q13: How long will it take to see the finished design?
A: We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival for your design after you complete your order however in general it should take no longer than a few days, depending on the speed of your feedback.
Q14: How many users are allowed to use each email stationery?
A: We allow up to 3 users to use the same email stationery however we charge an extra A$25 per user if more than 3 people wish to use the email stationery. For more info please see our Price List.
Q15: What is the difference between Outlook Express Stationery, Email Branding, Email Letterhead and Email Signatures.
A: Nothing, they are just different terms for the same general thing however minor differences occur between letterheads and signatures and each service. For more information regarding the differences between our services please view our ‘Compare Services’ page.
Q16: How do I setup my Email Stationery?
A: We will provide you with instructions on how to install the stationery when your project is complete. These will take less than 5 minutes to install. If you need these to be resent please send us an email.
