You may not need to supply graphics to us if we are going to base your design on the look and feel of your website as we can probably pull the graphics off your website however if we are basing the design on your printed letterhead or business card and you do not have an online version we will need a scan or fax or hard copy of it to base your project on.

If you or we feel that you can provide better quality images than those on your website then we recommend that you provide us with them as it will improve your final product. We will request this after your order form if we believe your websites images are not sufficient.

If you are supplying a digital signature file please use a nice bold pen and sign a blank white piece of paper with your signature. Scan or Post or Fax this to us the same way as with the other graphics.

We accept all most all graphic file types so please send whatever you have regardless of the size however we do not need overly huge size graphics (ie no more than 5mb) as we are compressing the images for use in email.

You have 3 options to choose form when supplying graphics to us.
1. Email / Scan & Send (highly recommended)
2. Post
3. Fax

We highly recommend either using a scanner and sending as this is the quickest and easiest way for all of us. If this is not possible please send a hard copy or fax.

If you have high quality digital images of your business we would be happy to recieve them at the address below. If you only have a printed format of your letterhead or logo please scan them onto your computer and attach them to an email and send them to:

2. Post

If you do not have access to your companies digital images OR a scanner we recommend posting us your letterhead, business card or other promotional products that you use so that we can scan them ourselves. We offer this free of charge.

3. Fax

If you wish to fax us your letterhead or other service you must contact us first to let us know. When you fax your letterhead or other images you must write what colours is on each section.
