A. Statement of Privacy
 E-MailDesigns.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We despise spam as much as you and we try with our utmost effort to avoid as much spam as possible.
This Statement of Privacy applies to the E-MailDesigns.com web site, the actual HTML templates that make up our e-mail stationery, newsletters and other services, and our website JackCass Productions - a graphic design company.
B. Privacy of Your Personal Information
When we refer to personal information we mean information from which your identity is apparent. This information may include information or an opinion about you, from which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.
E-MailDesigns.com does not, and can not, read, track, or otherwise monitor any e-mail message you send or receive that has been composed on our email stationery and sent through your computer. Your e-mail correspondence remains as private as it always has been.
- We will not contact you or any contacts you use to send email for any reason unless necessary or if you have agreed for us to do so. Your customer information will not be sold, rented, or shared in any way with any other parties unless required by law.
- JackCass Email Design performs regular backups of our system and of customer data, but JackCass Email Design is not responsible for any of your data residing on our system. You are responsible for backing up your data and keeping the files that we sent you when your design was completed.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality. You will immediately notify JackCass Email Design of any unauthorized use of your email account or any breach of security.
- If JackCass Email Design hosts your images used in your email, we reserve the right to remove the images without your consent if we receive Spam complaints from a recipient, an ISP, or anti-spam service. We will notify you of such removals.
- We reserve the right to share your name with anti-spam organizations, other email service providers, recipients of your list, or ISPs if there are Spam complaints in connection with your use of our services.
- E-MailDesigns.com does not use the feature of 'cookies' to track any data. Cookies are never used in conjunction with any e-mails we create or send.

We collect and receive personal information from our customers in order to conduct our business, including communicating with customers and making sure that we form a strong business relationship.

C. Programming Language, Design & Information is Secure
The technology we've used for our e-mail stationery has been carefully designed to ensure that no outsider can access your personal data. We design all services with the strict use of HTML and CSS ensuring security and speed. Our third party servers are protected by firewall's and this ensures that spammers have no access to any aspects of our services or your information. This protects the integrity of all your data maintained on our servers and others.
D. No Ads or Advertising
We use absolutely no advertising on this website from third parties. We have a links section which provides links for free and is purely for your convenience.
E. Change In Our Privacy Policy
We are constantly reviewing all or our policies and attempt to keep up to date with market expectations. Technology is constantly changing, as is the law and marketplace practice. As a consequence we may change this privacy policy from time to time as the need arises.
