At JackCass Email Design we do not use any automated 'template' designs or programs to create your eBusinessCard, our graphic designers custom design your email the way YOU want it.
Your eBusinessCard design can be developed in a number of ways:
1. Letterhead - We can reproduce your printed letterhead.
2. Website - We can mirror your brand and visual identity as projected on your website.
3. Custom Design - We can custom design an eBusinessCard for you from scratch. Please make a special enquiry if you require this.
Many features are available when you use eBusinessCard. You can add to your emails: your company logo, your slogan, your contact information, your signature plus more!

Adding a Disclaimer or Confidentiality Statement is free of charge.
Email disclaimers are statements that are placed beneath your email and are usually of legal character to protect you from accidents arising from emails, ie. virus's, sending emails to the wrong people, attaching something wrong, etc.

Upon request we will add your disclaimer or confidentiality statement neatly beneath your signature. You will have this option in our order form.
If your design requires having the statement used in a graphic, we will back up the graphic with a text version which will be seen by all recipients regardless of whether they accept html emails or have image blocking turned on. This ensures all will see the disclaimer.

Digital signatures such as the one below can be added to your email . This personalise's your email and ensures that it is from you.

We'll have you sign a blank white piece of paper and then scan and email it to us OR post it and we scan it for you.
We also allow you to have your choice of complementary closing such as ‘Yours Sincerely’ and underneath your name, title, company, etc.
We charge an additional $25 for this service as the signature file has to be edited to display correctly.

CONS OF eBUSINESSCARD
If you use Outlook, you must turn Microsoft Word off as your email editor.
Some users (about 5%) choose not to accept HTML email. You must respect their choice.
The program you use to send email must be either Outlook or Outlook Express on a PC or Eudora on Mac. Free services such as Hotmail do not offer support for sending email stationery however they can receive it.

For our email branding solution, ‘eBusinessCard’ we charge a one-time-only fee of $79.
This includes design, support and unlimited use of the stationery. There is no recurring fees or charges what so ever.

We begin designing after payment has been received or a 50% deposit. All prices are in Australian Dollars. International orders will be exchanged at the daily exchange rate on the day of payment.

We charge a flat fee of $900 for an unlimited amount of users that can install and use the email stationery (including new employees as they are added). We offer a streamlined approach to installing mass email signatures which will easily incorporate all of your employees needs. Please Contact Us.
